Gridiron Pick'em collects the information you provide when creating or joining a league, including your display name, email address (for commissioners), and the picks you submit each week. We also store your league join codes, member profiles, avatar images, and chat messages within your leagues.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as financial information, government IDs, or health data.

Your information is used solely to operate the app's features:

• Displaying league standings, picks, and member profiles
• Sending weekly pick reminders and commissioner summaries via email
• Powering in-app chat, direct messages, and polls
• Generating season archives and performance recaps

The app may request the following device permissions:

• Notifications: Used to send push notifications for direct messages and pick reminders (native app only).
• Microphone: Used only when you choose to record voice messages in league chat. Recordings are never initiated without your action.
• Photo Library / Camera: Used when you choose to upload an avatar or share an image in chat.
• Local Storage: Used to remember your member name and joined leagues on this device.

All permissions are optional. You can decline any permission and continue using the app with reduced functionality.

Your picks and profile are visible to other members within the same league. League commissioners can see member emails for the purpose of sending reminders. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

League data is retained for the duration of the active season and archived at season end. You may request deletion of your member profile and associated picks at any time by contacting your commissioner.

The app integrates with ESPN for live NFL scores and schedules, and uses Google Sheets for optional data exports. These services receive only the data necessary to perform the requested function and are governed by their own privacy policies.

Access to league data is restricted by row-level security so members can only see data within their own leagues. Administrative functions such as score syncing and email distribution are protected by authentication checks.

Gridiron Pick'em is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so it can be removed.
